There are different ways for your information to reach our company. The clients like you provide this information when talking to our managers by phone, by email, live chat on our website or by other means of digital and traditional communication. In addition to that, your personal information may be provided to us by the third parties, such as travel agents and agencies, 
travel marketplaces and platforms, insurance providers and people, who are making a booking with us on your behalf.

With your consent we will use the information in order to provide you with the travel offers & promotion from our site and you with outstanding service as we continue to improve our own content and services. We send update emails to you from time to time, to keep you up to date with new destinations, promotions, and site news. Additionally, we may solicit feedback from our customers. In order to provide you our services our adventures involve the use of third-party providers of accommodation, such as hotels and 
travel experiences, for example hot air ballooning in Serengeti. To make these parts of your adventure happen, we may need to provide your personal information to these providers. These third parties may not use your personal information for any purposes, but to provide services related to your tour to Majali Tours. By booking our adventure trips you agree to these disclosures. 

In addition to that, we may use your personal information for the following purposes:

it is necessary for us, since our company is located in Tanzania, however we do comply with the data protection act of 1998. 

Photos and Videos
Sometimes your photo or video may be taken by a member of our staff, a professional photographer hired by us or by another traveller. We advise you to inform your tour leader, a photographer and other trekkers in advance if you do not want to be photographed.

Marketers
Our company is working with many partners from all over the world. These partners help us to promote our tours , generate leads for us, etc. For better targeting and more effective marketing we sometimes disclose generalized, non-identifiable information about our customers to them.

Reviews
If you leave a review about your travel experience with Majali Tours, this review may be published on our website with your name indicated there.

Sharing Medical information.
We may share your medical and health-related information with the relevant medical personnel should it become necessary. Medical information is not shared with the third-party providers of travel experiences or the government, unless the circumstances of such a disclosure warrant that it is in your vital interest. Quality Equipment’s : We are preferable to use high-quality camping equipment’s ,well cleaned, highly rated lodging with other facilities to keep our clients as comfortable and safe as possible while on adventures with us. Our mountain gear is warm, waterproof, spacious, and perfectly suited for the rigors of Adventures. We provide thick foam sleeping pads. 
Individual and Group travelers. Individuals who want the company of others can join a scheduled group. Those who simply want to travel alone can do so. We offer all destinations for any size party on any dates.
Meals: All food and drink provided on expeditions such as safari and mountain are fresh. Our chefs prepare delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients. These meals are nutritious and calorie dense, specifically designed to sustain the pleasure of our clients while on adventures. We also cater to all special dietary requirements

Special Diet. 
Whilst we can cater for vegetarians, albeit sometimes it’s more limited choice, we will do our best to provide full special diets. If you have specific dietary requirement, please do speak to us in advance we’ll be able to advise you whether or not we will be able to offer your specific choice, however, on Mount Kili the chef cannot accept the liability for any problems arising from special dietary requirements or intolerances.

Welcoming: We want our guests to looking forward to be part of Majali Tours Family ,when they leave they want to return repeatedly. Our services start from day one at the airport upon arrival to every step of the way to the departure.
Accommodation: Our business is hospitality, and we currently operate with other partners and arrange bookings in quality hotels and boutique hotels, holiday resorts, and spa & thermal hotels, within the Northern.
Baggage Allowance.
For this holiday you should take one piece of luggage, which should be a soft and sturdy duffel bag and a daypack. Your bag on trek will be carried by porters and should not weigh more than 14kg. This weight allowance is strictly enforced. It is possible to leave clothes or other items not required on trek at the group hotel. For international flights please check your baggage allowance with your airline.

Please be aware that plastic/polythene bags are illegal in Tanzania

Please try to keep the weight of your baggage to a minimum (14-16KG), the following are must have items:

?Selection of dry bags (to keep trek bag contents dry).
?Antibacterial hand wash.
?Basic First Aid meds including: painkillers, antiseptic cream/spray, throat lozenges, plasters and blister treatment, Diamox (for the altitude), insect repellent, and re-hydration salts (Dioralite) and diarrhea treatment (Imodium).

Insurance: 
It is an essential that you have a valid travel insurance for this adventure trip to cover the cost of medical treatment and to protect the value of your holiday. When taking out insurance please ensure the policy you choose covers you for the activities and altitude included in your itinerary
