Majali Policy
Booking, payment, liability, cancellation, and participation terms for Majali Tours clients.
The live Terms & Conditions page covers booking confirmation, payments, transaction charges, minors, third-party bookings, force majeure, risk assumption, liability, and cancellations.
The live terms state that bookings for minors may only be made by parents, guardians, or legal custodians, and minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult client at all times. The accompanying adult is responsible for the minor’s conduct and for securing permits, approvals, and legal requirements needed for travel.
If a booking is made by a tour leader, travel agent, or similar representative on behalf of others, the live terms treat that person as the main contact for all participants. They are responsible for passing on the terms, collecting and providing accurate participant details, making payments correctly, and communicating itinerary changes to the group.
The live terms explain that Majali Tours is not liable for force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, fires, political unrest, labor strikes, extreme weather, or similar circumstances beyond reasonable control. Clients also acknowledge the risks of adventure travel, including remote locations, limited medical assistance, wildlife, and high altitude, and agree to assume responsibility for those risks.
The Terms page references the same cancellation fee schedule used in the cancellation policy, including penalties by time window and no refund for cancellations made 7 days or less before travel.
