Cancellation Policy

Majali Tours states that travelers may be concerned about flights, restrictions, and changing travel plans. The company presents its tours as financially safer by allowing deposits to remain usable for future travel, date changes in most cases, and refunds on request depending on the booked tour and applicable terms.

Main options if you need to cancel:

Guaranteed deposits — deposits are secured for a future trip and do not expire.
Change travel dates — Majali can apply your deposit to another trip, except where notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled travel date.
Request a refund — refund entitlement depends on the booked tour and timing; requests can be made through the working agent or by email.

Booking and Payment

The live policy states that booking starts by email or phone and a personal travel consultant is assigned. A booking is confirmed when the deposit reaches the company account. Full payment is due 14 days before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Timely payments matter because hotel reservations and other tour-related expenses may already be prepaid.

Full payment is normally required 14 days before departure.
Incomplete payments may be charged on arrival if needed.
Banking commissions are covered by the client, and credit card payments may attract a 3.5% surcharge.

Cancellation Fees

If the client cancels, the live page lists these penalties based on the total tour price:

90+ days before the tour start: 10% cancellation penalty.
60–89 days before the tour start: 30% cancellation penalty.
30–59 days before the tour start: 50% cancellation penalty.
8–29 days before the tour start: 75% cancellation penalty.
7 days or less before the tour start: no refund.

The live policy also says non-refundable or partially refundable expenses such as hotels or domestic air tickets, plus transfer costs and card surcharges, may be deducted before any refund is issued.

Cancellation by Majali Tours

If Majali Tours cancels the tour, the live page says a 100% refund of payments already made shall follow.
